We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity at Pike Street Pharmacy In this role, you will work under the direction of a Pharmacist in Charge.

Employment Types: Full-Time, 16 Week Contract w/ 40hrs Guarantee
Pay Rate: $56/hour (Paid Weekly)
Available Shift:

Job Summary:
The Pharmacist provides safe, accurate, and compassionate pharmacy services in an AHF Pharmacy setting, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and pharmacy standards. Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, counseling patients, answering clinical questions, managing insurance authorizations, and supporting patient adherence programs. The Pharmacist works closely with providers, pharmacy technicians, and patients to ensure timely prescription processing and delivery, while maintaining exceptional customer service and patient confidentiality.


Pharmacists also participate in outreach, training, and clinical initiatives such as immunizations and wellness screenings. They support pharmacy operations through workflow management, 340B compliance, and supervising pharmacy support staff when needed. HIV certification is preferred and may be required after hire.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Active pharmacist license in the state of employment
  • At least 1 year of retail or clinical pharmacy experience (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with pharmacy software (e.g., Cerner/Etreby), Microsoft Office, and EMR systems
  • Ability to obtain AHF HIV certification within 180 days

Work Environment:
Pharmacists primarily work at a workstation or designated pharmacy counter area. The environment is fast paced, with constant communication via phone, computer, or in person. Frequent use of a headset, computer keyboard, and close-vision tasks are required throughout each shift. Noise levels are moderate and include background conversations, printers, and other equipment.
