AvaMed Workforce is a Joint Commission Certified Healthcare Staffing Agency that has secured a contract to provide Physical Therapy Services at various State Correctional Facilities in California.  We are currently in need of a full time Physical Therapist to work at the following locations:

• Vacaville, CA 
• Soledad, CA
• Wasco, CA
• Chowchilla, CA 
• Blythe, CA
• Jamestown, CA
• Stockton, CA

You have the option of working 4/10s or 5/8s.   This is a low stress setting where the Physical Therapist has full clinical and professional autonomy with No productivity quotas, No after hours documentation, and No weekend shifts.  80% of the modalities are therex, manual therapy, tens, and bands.   

Rate: $90/hr  ($3600/week) as a 1099
