AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-year contract with Federal Way Public Schools in Federal Way, WA (location and grade levels to be determined).

Assignment details

• Location: Federal Way Public Schools, Federal Way, WA
• Dates: 11/16/2026 - 06/17/2027 (school year)
• Shift: Days, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, 30-minute meal

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with speech, language and communication needs
• Write and carry out IEP goals and document services
• Collaborate with teachers, families and the special education team

Requirements

• Washington SLP license and educational staff certification (ESA) or eligibility
• School-based experience preferred
• Background check and district clearances
